Serbian greetings you can use today

Learn how to say hello, ask how someone is, introduce yourself, say thank you, and finish a conversation politely—in both Serbian scripts.

Common Serbian greetings

Zdravo is a safe, friendly hello. Ćao is more casual and can mean either hi or bye. Time-specific greetings sound natural in polite or unfamiliar situations.
